First Business and Sustainability Policy Meeting

The meeting consists of two main legs: Renewable Energy Sources, specifically Mini Hydro, and Sustainable Construction. A select group of Swedish and Chilean companies will be invited to attend. The objectives of the meeting are to promote the creation of business among companies in Sweden and Chile, and the advancement in green practices in general.

For this purpose there will be several lectures as well as time set aside specifically for networking, so that all companies get to learn about the business of the others, and have a chance to exchange information and ideas.

Sponsors of the event are the Chile-Sweden Fund and APEMEC (an industry association for small and mid-sized hydro plants).

Just over 15 years ago, Magnus Wessén and Haiping Cao, researchers at the School of Engineering, Jönköping University (JU), patented a type of rheocasting called the RheoMetal process.
