The entrance requirement is a minimum of four years’ studies in law at a foreign university. Provided the foreign programme is approved by the National Agency for Higher Education it will be possible to transfer credits equivalent to two and a half years’ studies, at both undergraduate and graduate level.

A further requirement is a very good knowledge of spoken and written Swedish. A good knowledge of English is desirable.

The number of places is limited to fifteen.

Funding for the programme is governed by the same rules as for other university courses in Sweden, which means that the programme is free but that students pay themselves for course literature and other study materials.
